The Alliance for Nuclear Responsibility appreciates the responsible mandate by our state legislature to protect ratepayers by analyzing the full costs, benefits and risks of California’s dependence on aging nuclear reactors. Our comments will follow the format of the Draft Study Plan – changes and additions are underlined in blue.
