In 1973, Activist-Author Harvey Wasserman helped pioneer the global grassroots movement against atomic reactors, then helped organize demonstrations at Seabrook, N.H., and New York City's 1979 "No Nukes" concerts and rally, featuring Bonnie Raitt, Bruce Springsteen, Jackson Browne, James Taylor and others. Now based in Ohio, Harvey works to replace atomic energy with renewables and efficiency.

From The South
Take 101 north to “Santa Margarita One Mile” sign
At the sign, turn left across the freeway onto Tassajara Creek Road.
Take Tassajara Creek Road 1 1/2 miles.
Watch for a yellow “20 mph left turn” caution sign.
Shortly after left turn sign, turn left at Sully Springs Tr. sign. Go past 2 houses to a parking area.
Walk between ponds and you’re there!
From The North
Take 101 south.
Exactly 1 mile south on 101 past the “Santa Margarita /Hwy. 58" exit, turn right on to “Tassajara Creek Rd.”
(Be careful not to miss turn, or you may end up having to go
all the way over Cuesta Grade before you’re able to turn
around!)
Take Tassajara Creek Road 1 1/2 miles.
