BAIT & SWITCH …PG&E plans end-run around SB 846

SB 846, signed into law in 2022, limits the operating extension of the Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant for FIVE YEARS ONLY, ending in 2030.  That was what the state legislature voted on. But PG&E–California’s felon utility– seems to have other plans afoot…
