City-County letters re: SONGS outage

The following letters and resolutions addressing concerns regarding the shut-down San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) have been sent to state and federal oversight agencies and individuals. The letters come from cities, counties, and agencies who live near or pay for electricity from the SONGS facility.
