Alliance files Opposition to Settlement Agreement in SONGS CPUC case

The Alliance for Nuclear Responsibility has filed comments in opposite to the Settlement Agreement proposed in the CPUC case regarding ratepayer liability for the failed steam generator replacement that led to the closing of SONGS:
