California State Water Resources Control Board hearing on Once Through Cooling at Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant
On November 18, 2014, the California State Water Resource Control Board heard reports from its Subcommittee regarding the use of once through cooling at Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant, as well as comments from the public. On behalf of PG&E, contractor Bechtel made a presentation on the options for building cooling towers at the facility.
