Dave Lochbaum visits San Luis Obispo and Diablo…
In April, Dave Lochbaum, senior nuclear engineer at the Union of Concerned Scientists, visited San Luis Obispo during a California trip that also included providing testimony to the California Energy Commission and meeting with other state regulators in San Francisco.
On Sunday morning, April 26, Dave joined a number of Alliance supporters for a hike along the Pt. Buchon trail south of Montana de Oro State Park, which ends at an overlook from which the Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant is visible. It was the first time Dave had seen the facility.
